About

The Chamber is a voluntary autonomous association of the members
businesses.Its membership is corporate, comprising businesses of all sizes, covering all sectors of commerce, industry, tourism and trade with the area.

The Chamber is a non-political body, supporting any initiatives it believes will promote economic prosperity, business and employment opportunities:

- The St Austell District Chamber of Commerce and Industry serves the interests of its members by being spokesperson on a wide range of matters to policy formulating bodies.

Communication

- The Chamber works to keep its members in touch with each other, their clients and suppliers. The Chamber also provides news updates on business issues.

- Through the year, the Chamber offers members a series of opportunities on both a social and business level to meet old friends and colleagues or to make new contacts at both formal and informal events.

- The Chamber promotes both businesses in general and individual companies in its area by every means at its disposal.

- The Management Team manage chamber business make decisions which are then brought to main meetings for discussion and sit on various committee’s and attend meetings.

Annual Membership starts from £39.13 + VAT for a business with a staff up to 3 people. Membership is open to all businesses in the area
