Notice is given that an election is to be held for 6 members of the European Parliament. Nomination papers must be delivered to Room 156, Civic Centre, Poole, Dorset BH15 2RU from 10am on 29th April to 4pm on 7th May. Applications to be included on the registor of electors to be used at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Electoral Office by 19th May. Applications to vote by post or proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on 19th May. Applications to vote by proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on 27th May. Applications to cancel or alter postal or proxy votes, or to change from postal to proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on 19th May.
Notice of Election for the purpose of electing Parish Councillors in the district of St Austell in the County of Cornwall
Notice is given that an election is to be held for the electing of Parish Councillors for St Austell and District parishes. These parishes are Carlyon (Carlyon Bay (7)), Carlyon (Tregrehan (2)), Pentewan Valley (London Apprentice (2)), Pentewan Valley (Pentewan (4)), Pentewan Valley (Tregorrick & Trewhiddle (3)), St Austell (Bethel (5)), St Austell (Gover (4)), St Austell (Mount Charles (5)), St Austell (Poltair (4)), St Austell (St Austell Bay (3)), St Austell Bay (Duporth (3)), St Austell Bay (Porthpean & Trenarrent (1)). Nomination papers must be delivered to the Electoral Registration Officer no later than 4pm on 7th May. Forms of nomination papers may be obtained from the Deputy Returning Officer at the below address during normal office hours, who will, at the request of any elector for the relevant parish, prepare a nomination paper for signature. New applications to vote by post and cancellation of existing postal votes and proxy appointments must treach the Electoral Registration Officer by not later than 5pm on 19th May. New proxy applications must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by not later than 5pm on 27th May. New proxy applications on the grounds of a medical emergency must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by not later than 5pm on 4th June.

Notice is given that an election is to be held for the electing of County Councillors for Cornwall Council. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Electoral Registration Officer no later than 4pm on 7th May. Forms of nomination may be obtained at the offices of the Deputy Returning Officer who will, at the request of any local government electoral area, prepare a nomination paper for signature. New applications to vote by post and changes to and cancellation of existing postal votes and proxy applications addressed to the Electoral Registration Officer by not later than 5pm on 19th May. New proxy vote applications addressed to the Electoral Registration Officer must reach by no later than 27th May. New applications to vote by proxy on grounds of medical emergency addressed to the Electoral Registration Officer must reach by no later than 5pm on 4th June.
